Tree Marrieds
Christian marriage is a beautiful covenant relationship between God, one man, and one woman. Jesus himself affirmed the marriage covenant in Matthew 19:4-6 NIV:
4 “Haven’t you read,” he replied, “that at the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female,’ 5 and said, ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh’? 6 So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore, what God has joined together, let no one separate.”
It is our desire to come alongside married couples and help them cultivate the best possible marriage covenant for any and every season of life. We also offer engaged couples the opportunity to lay a solid biblical foundation to build their marriage. With these goals in mind, we offer the following ministry opportunities.
Tree Marrieds: Meet the 1st Sunday of most months at 9:00 a.m. in Room 202. We teach and discuss biblical principles relevant to issues that all married couples face today. Children’s ministry is available in Tree Kids Lobby starting at 8:45.
